World Cup Challenge Knockout Stage Update

Hey, WCCers. We're done with group play, which means it's time to post our first update to everyone's score in the World Cup Challenge. All teams advancing to the Knockout Stage receive one point in the Performance column of your Excel sheet.

Now, it's still early, folks. So don't go jumpin' off skyscrapers just yet. But, great Caesar's ghost, it's hard for Peyman and Annie B to not get excited at these early returns. Thanks to their Lone Wolf picks of Japan and Sweden, respectively, these two enterprising WCCers have catapulted themselves to the top of the heap.

But it's still early, everyone. This is only the beginning! I'll post the quarterfinals update next Tuesday.
