Canada Follow-Up

Just a quick follow-up: several of you are wondering whether the hotel featured on Day 1 was the actual hotel where the players stayed. Yes. Some of the players stayed there, and some stayed at an alternate location. Was Federer one of the ones at this hotel? I can't say for sure. They wouldn't tell us. But I'd like to think so. I'd like to think that my shoes and his shoes touched the same fake grass that lined the entrance of that hotel last week. I think I'd like that very much.
